Why I Started This Journey In early 2024, there was a restructuring at work and my workload increased significantly. With the focus on work, I neglected my health and fitness. I was rarely going to the Gym and even skipped walking for several months. I was eating chicken wings, tenders and french fries multiple times a week. I was about 20 pounds over my ideal weight and I wanted to change things before it was too late. Then by gym offered a good personal training promotion for Thanksgiving. That is where it all started.
